The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) has halted the trading and issue of Trulieve Cannabis Corp (symbol TRUL.WT) pending delisting.

Trees Corporation is also welcoming Campbell Becher to their Board of Directors.

An update to the merger of Hoist Capital Corp and The Hempshire Group Inc has been released. The Hempshire Group Inc is a private nicotine and tobacco free alternative smokables company. Also announced was the appointment of Willian Hahn as Chief Financial Officer of the Resulting Issuer and new Corporate Secretary of the Resulting Issuer Sanjib (Sony) Gill. Hempshire products are currently sold in Switzerland, South Africa, and New Zealand with discussions for international market expansion underway. Conditional acceptance of the merger has been announced by the TSX Venture Exchange and trading under the symbol “HMPG” will begin the week of July 4, 2022.
