When it comes to the seats for your customers, make sure that they are equally as comfortable.  You want to make a good impression, and comfort is key when you are trying to do this.

If you focus on comfort through your design process, the whole thing will come together. You can use your color scheme to create the professional air that we were talking about, and other elements to make this happen. But, there is no reason that your business office cannot be both professional and comfortable, so make it happen.

At the end of the day, it’s essential to ensure that you are looking after your business office to the very best of your ability. The last thing that your business needs is for your customers or your employees to be uncomfortable here, because this is going to earn your business a poor reputation which is not something that will go well for you.
