Bell Canada, Hootsuite, Oracle, Telus Health and BrainriderĀ are all preparing to offer their best B2B advice as part of the second-annual SiriusDecisions Summit Canada next week.
Scheduled for March 5th at the Hilton Toronto, the SD Canada Summit will cover areas including account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, an artificial intelligence (AI) playbook for B2B firms and the impact of software development methodologies such as Agile.
āIn these times when weāre focused on getting the most out of what we have, I think itās critical for us to learn from other successful companies and apply their experiences to our operations,ā SiriusDecisions Canada president and CEO Ally Motz told B2B News Network.
Motz said learning objectives for attendees will include how to drive more leads, improve lead conversion, and align sales with marketing. This will pay off in streamlined practices, proven solutions, and a new network of peers to call upon for ideas or problem solving, he said.
The event marks one of the first major conferences hosted by SiriusDecisions following its acquisition late last year by Forrester Research.
Motz said heās expecting approximately 150 sales, marketing and product leaders to attend the one-day event.
āThe eventās focus is on helping b-to-b leaders know what it takes to build a high-performance revenue engine–one thatās aligned around an audience-centric strategy that makes it easy for sales and marketing to exceed their goals,ā he said.
In a blog post published in January, Motz noted that the Summit will also provide some perspective on the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and its impact on how organizations need to manage privacy and permissions.
āCASL is strict and unforgiving, so go-to-market strategy, programs, campaigns and tactics need to be more fully thought through to enable better marketing activities, conversion and throughput,ā he wrote. āBecause of CASL, marketers canāt spam clients, so as they plan and prepare campaigns, they need to ensure the offering is a good fit, that they are audience-centric in their focus ā and that their content, messaging and digital and non-digital tactics will resonate and convert opportunities to the sellersā pipeline.ā
B2B News Network will once again be the official media sponsor for SiriusDecisions Summit Canada and will provide exclusive coverage of keynotes and major sessions.Ā
