Making waves on social this week was the announcement of an acquisition. As reported in this post on TechCrunch, Payoneer, a service that helps businesses and B2B marketplaces execute seamless cross-border payments, has acquired Armor Payments. The acquisition enhances the security of payments offered by Payoneer, as Armor Payments is the only licensed B2B payments provider offering Escrow-as-a-Service (EaaS).
