Dx3, one of Canada’s largest marketing and retail conference, touches down in Toronto March 11 and 12, and B2BNN will be there to report on sessions ranging from the rise of programmatic advertising to reddit’s influence on marketing campaigns.
The speaker list is exhaustive: Dx3 invited executives from companies such as Microsoft, BuzzFeed, reddit, Yahoo!, IBM, Shazam, Indiegogo, Unilever, SID LEE, Etsy and the NHL.
B2BNN reporters will be on the scene at Dx3, taking place at the Metro Convention Centre in downtown Toronto. Starting on March 11, at noon ET, we’ll livetweet key takeaways from the talk on programmatic advertising, keynoted by Katie Wolf of Aculty Ads.
We’ll then report from the Braininsights session on “how brain measurement will disrupt advertising.” Be sure to check out B2Bnn.com the next day for recap coverage.
We’ll be live-tweeting all the action via @b2bnewsnetwork, using the hashtag #dx32015
The next day on March 12 at 10:15 a.m. ET, B2BB will report from the BuzzFeed talk courtesy Keith Hernandez, VP of Global Advertising. Dubbed “Creating Content that Doesn’t Suck,” the program description reads: “No one wants to push their content onto the digital stage only to find one person sitting in the audience who, upon hearing the opening line, makes a mad dash for the exit. After this session, you’ll be ready to create content that will engage, delight and attract an audience.”
We’ll then learn about creating a social media ecosystem, exemplified by the Toronto Transit Commission and their impressive Twitter feeds. Brad Ross, often known as the social media guru for the TTC, will begin his talk at 11:45 a.m.ET. If you have any questions for Brad (and not about why your bus is always late), tweet us at @b2bnewsnetwork
B2BNN will end our Dx3 Canada experience attending what’s sure to be a millennial-heavy session: How to advertise to reddit, one of the largest communities online. Lia Navarro, reddit’s Sales Director, Entertainment Strategy, will look at how brands can get involved with an online behemoth rarely seen as a powerful marketing opportunity.
Also note B2BNN will be reporting live from the GigaOm Structure Data conference in New York March 18-19.
